Cairns is good for two things:

1. A trip to the Great Barrier Reef

Aboard the Boomerang we sailed to the Whitsunday Islands

Town of 1770 / Agnes Water

I loved these villages, instead of the two planed days, I stayed a whole week there

I did a tour with small motorcycles,

enjoyed a great flight on a small plane. The pilot did some stunts,

besides the stunts, we could enjoy views like this

And of course, the typical surfer pic. Agnes Water was the last chance for me to surf, as there are no waves further north.

Fraser Island

After we packed our stuff

we took the ferry to Fraser Island – the largest sand island in the world

From Brisi I went down to Byron Bay






I visited the most eastern point of the Australian mainland

There I saw Dolphins for the first time











The sunsets in Byron where beautiful as well. Not because of the sunset itself,















just because of the nice company every day

Brisie

The day after I finished my exams, I flew with Johannes to Brisbane

The first day we did a cruise on the river and walked a little bit through the city

Then we went to the Australia Zoo and watched the crocodile feeding show
